Context
In 2023, PC Express launched a subscription model for unlimited pickup and delivery of online groceries. The launch campaign used offers to drive among new and existing customers, promoting awareness by emphasizing the value proposition of saving money on frequent online grocery shopping.
Outcome
As of Jan 2024, we have 57,000 Pass subscribers and 1 million orders have been placed. $6.2 million dollars have been saved on fees by Pass subscribers. SEM made up 89% of sign ups, with Display and Social coming in with 5.5% of sign ups each. Ad engagement has shown to be stronger in PCX Pass ads vs. previous paid campaigns.
