Context
With boxed chocolates now being seen as an indulgence or a special occasion, Godiva wanted to expand their product offering into lighter alternatives. Their PURE line of single serving bars was their foray into this segment, and they wanted to promote this launch to their email database.
Using a mobile-first approach to design, a four touch email journey was planned to educate existing Godiva consumers about the range of benefits of their PURE line, from the healthier ingredients to the production process.
